The spinal cord is a column of nerves that connects your brain with the rest of your body, allowing you to control your movements. Your spine gives your body structure and support. It allows you to move about freely and to bend with flexibility. Having a challenge with this part of one's body can negatively impact the ability to move, sit, walk, stand, bend and even lead to a terrible posture. This was what Zhu Laizhen from China 🇨🇳 went through for several months. As she was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis, compression of the spinal nerve and lumbar discs that were protruding and bulging. Life every day was full of discomfort and pain.
